Things will happen and especially now tempers will be short and patience thin. But, if you gave children pls think before you act (men or woman). In these times it's best to be around positive people and family to discourage you from potential violence that will cost you more than you have now. Think about it my people. These are serious and difficult times. Think twice before you act.

Why u don’t shut up since when a district rep can prevent human beings of their own mind and lack of common sense just like u apparently from committing crime and un lawful and insensible acts? ....further more we don’t need Hubert ..don’t kno what world your living one but we are doing way better without him kudos to or new district rep Mr. Wheatley whom has done way more for us since winning in the election than Hubert ever did for vg when he finally got his shot #FOOD FOR THOUGHT ‼️

You foolish ungrateful person . What was Hurbert doing for VG. What else you want Honorable Fax and Honorable Wheatley to do. Those people work so hard . Always on the go . They are approachable, you can speak to them about anything. Did you saw the Zoom talk Honorable Vincent Wheatley had with the youth? How often did Herburt came the VG .

Prominent Fort Hill businessman beat wife for turning on lights. Prominent businesswoman on Virgin Gorda run man with a knife. So I am trying to understand the media coverage of criminal acts in the BVI. If you are prominent even though you are charged with a crime your name is not mentioned in the media. If you are not prominent and you commit a criminal act you name is splashed all over the globe. I want special prominent protection. Can someone please educate me on how to become Prominent? So much f××× double standard in this little place. Smfh.

In case persons are not aware, domestic violence cases have increased worldwide since Covid 19. Covid is not to blame. People act as if domestic violence does not exist. If a man beats a woman, he is the "man". If a woman beats a man, he is a "sissy". Every person who lives in the BVI, whether you are from here or not, it is high time to eradicate this domestic violence pandemic. The physical beating is not the only type of violence; it also includes emotional, financial and sexual abuse. It puts me to wonder how these violent persons were raised. Did their upbringing create this negative/deadly type of behaviour ? Who is going to be "man enough" and "woman enough"" to break these vicious cycles which appear to be generational curses ? It is not about us becoming "ghetto, for domestic violence does not discriminate. Each person needs to learn to love and value themself, and don't be dependent on another person to determine your worth, pay your bills etc. It can be eradicated in the same manner there was unity to address Covid 19. Don't forget the children and young people who experience this injustice as well.
