White cops killing black men ‘every other week’ - Skelton-Cline

During a traffic stop, a white police officer may have intended to fire a Taser, instead, she fired a gun which resulted in the young man dying of the single gunshot wound.
Protests sparked in Minneapolis
Since then, the Minneapolis Police Department has released bodycam footage which has rocked the Minneapolis suburb miles from where George P. Floyd Jr was killed during a police arrest in May 2020 and sparked widespread protests and police resignations.
In the Virgin Islands (VI); however, Honestly Speaking radio moderator, Mr Claude O. Skelton-Cline, on the Tuesday, April 13, 2021, edition of his Honestly Speaking show, called on Virgin Islanders to take notice of the crimes against blacks in other countries and to speak out against injustices regardless of where it happens.
“It doesn't matter your ethnic background, your skin colour, when we see what's taking place in the United States of America… we have to think and look more closely and commit to doing something as individuals and as a people, as it relates to how is it every other day, every other week… some black man's life, in particular, is being taken at the hands of white police officers,” he said.
White supremacy fueling crimes - Skelton-Cline
Skelton-Cline said in the US there is a system of white supremacy that allows police to carry out certain acts while being empowered by the state.
He urged Virgin Islanders to not be afraid to speak on certain matters since injustices can affect everyone regardless of where it happens.
“It was Martin Luther King who said injustice anywhere, is a threat to justice everywhere and the reason why I'm bringing it before the ears and the eyes of the people of these Virgin Islands is because you and I are impacted,” he said.
“You and I have to see, have to make some commitment, must raise our level of protest about what's taking place in the US,” Skelton-Cline said.
Officer involved resigned
So far in the case of the killing of 20-year-old Daunte Wright, Kim Potter, the police officer who fired the fatal shot, as well as the city's police chief Tim Gannon, resigned, the Minneapolis mayor announced Tuesday, April 13, 2021.

Lots of bloggers have figured out that impersonating "Rubber Duck" can be lots of fun. I am going to suggest that this commenter is not THE Rubber Duck but an impersonator who is making a deliberately inflammatory comment.
To be clear BLACK LIVES MATTER. For the idiots out there who say "All lives matter" I like to remind them that "Save the Whale" doesnt mean "%&* All the other Fish".
when the uk franchise begin seeping into our enforcement system we will find out: a bad habit is hard to break: the police woman after 26 years active duty and can not tell the difference between her teaser and her hand gun after 26 years(yea right).....ni***er hunting!!!!!
Make up your mind, are you pastor or a politician.
~FREEDOM DOESN'T EXIST IF NATURE IS ILLEGAL
US cops shoot a lot of people , none of which is good..
In 2020, they shot and killed 169 Hispanics, 241 blacks and 457 whites.
As we have seen US cops are far too ready to reach for their guns.
Go from here your fascist r@##
Cop being judge, jury and executioner is fine with you? Why don't you just save time and take away the whole legal system?
These Fox News justifications are constructed with sick logic that perpetuates what we can all see.
That is a sad testimony to human kind.
God is NOT an author of confusion. He is a God of peace. Keep out of America business go and pray for Tortola.
