Hon. Vincent Wheatley, the Current administration leaders don't need to worry about minimum wage. They are controlling our finances (treasury chest,) Minimum wage receivers, and those that find it hard to find jobs should worry, unless they are involved in legal activities to earn money,

Investing into self is a good thing. Many complaining about the minimum wage and they should; But the people have the ability to get themselves out that sorts of bondage and create their own salary. Don’t let people who quit their dreams or didn’t give it a chance discourage you.

This Minister gets he’s downplaying the minimum wages. Doesn’t he see ALL the social ills that’s taking place in our society. When a mans bread it’s butter he can’t see anyone else’s situation. When it ain’t every business going to attack him for raising it it’s another thing. People are suffering under this kind of mentality and I can’t wait to tell him to his face

And you politicians find a way to 'thief' it! Explain to me why Government double dipping for those who sending funds abroad through money services organizations like Money Gram? The sender already paid his taxes to Government and his net pay cheque is to meet his daily needs. Why is Government placing a tax on the funds sent abroad to buy milk and bread? This is not a level playing field!

I am a BVIslander that rarely uses MG but see the need to speak out on this. When a government keeps robbing from the poor the country suffers because the rich only spending their money wickedly to get richer, and the end result is that they too end up poor. Poor man keeping rich man alive all the time.

So again, what utter BS is this minister talking?? everybody was down Dr. Pickering throat, but this minister did faarr worse than him in the period of time that he has been in office.
