West End man charged with assault on a Police Officer

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Police in the Virgin Islands (VI) on January 19, 2023, at 15:36hrs arrested and charged Peter Davis of West End, Tortola with Assault on a Police Officer according to the police blotter of January 1 to 20, 2023.

He was granted bail in the sum of $5,000 to appear at the Magistrate’s Court on March 3, 2024.

Meanwhile, earlier in the month police on January 4, 2024, at 15:44hrs, also said they arrested and charged a 48-year-old male with Rape and Indecent Assault. He appeared at Magistrate’s Court and was granted bail in the sum of $50,000, however, no name was provided for the individual.

ROBBERY
On 18-01-2024 at 13:40hrs, Police arrested and charged Vernon Bernard, 32 of Manuel Reef with Robbery, Handling Stolen Goods, and Possession of the Proceeds of Criminal Conduct. He will appear at Magistrate’s Court at the next available sitting.

ASSAULT OCCASIONING ACTUAL BODILY HARM

  1. On 18-01-2024 at 17:12hrs, Police arrested and charged Kyreek Gardener, 22, of The Valley, Virgin Gorda with Possession of a Prohibited Firearm, Keeping an Unlicensed Firearm, ⁠two counts of Unlawful Possession of explosives, Unlawful possession of Cannabis and ⁠Unlawful possession of Cannabis with Intent to Supply. He will appear at Magistrate’s Court at the next available sitting.

  2. On 18-01-2024 at 17:12hrs, Police arrested and charged Akeem Joseph, 38, of St. Croix, USVI with Possession of a Prohibited Firearm, Keeping an Unlicensed Firearm, ⁠two counts of Unlawful Possession of explosives, Unlawful possession of Cannabis and ⁠Unlawful Possession of Cannabis with Intent to Supply. He will appear at Magistrate’s Court at the next available sitting.

ASSAULT OCCASIONING ACTUAL BODILY HARM

On 05-01-2024 at 18:30hrs, Police arrested and charged Jodyann Thomas, 35, of Road Town with Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm. She was granted bail in the sum of $5,000 to appear at the Magistrate’s Court on 15-02-2024.

COMMON ASSAULT
 
On 20-01-2024 at 13:40hrs, Police arrested and charged Shanique Ogilvie, 36, of Parham Town with Common Assault. She was granted bail in the sum of $5,000 to appear at the Magistrate’s Court on 01-03-2024.

On 12-01-2024 at 16:42hrs, Police arrested and charged Lizardo Londono Restrepo with Unlawful

POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED DRUG

  1. On 18-01-2024 at 16:04hrs, Police arrested and charged Akeema Stanley, 31, of Manuel Reef with Possession of a Controlled Drug. She was granted bail in the sum of $5,000 to appear at the Magistrate’s Court on 01-03-2024.
  2. On 18-01-2024 at 16:45hrs, Police arrested and charged Gabriella Vidalis George, 29 of the Valley Virgin Gorda with Possession of a Controlled Drug. She was granted bail in the sum of $10,000 to appear at the Magistrate’s Court on 11-03-2024.
  3. On 18-01-2024 at 16:45hrs, Police arrested and charged a 17-year-old male of the Valley Virgin Gorda with Possession of a Controlled Drug. He was granted bail in the sum of $10,000 to appear at the Magistrate’s Court on 11-03-2024.
  4. On 20-01-2024 at 11:00hrs, Police arrested and charged Bob George, 56 of the Valley Virgin Gorda with Possession of a Controlled Drug. He was granted bail in the sum of $10,000 to appear at the Magistrate’s Court on 11-03-2024.
  5. On 20-01-2024 at 11:00hrs, Police arrested and charged Bakembe George, 32 of the Valley Virgin Gorda with Possession of a Controlled Drug. He was granted bail in the sum of $10,000 to appear at the Magistrate’s Court on 11-03-2024.

      I don’t know how they got this information but they should check FACTS FIRST. The man mentioned here is NOT FROM FORT RECOVERY. WE GAVE BEEN HERE FIR SIXTY YEARS AND NO ONE KNOWS WHO THE DUDE IS. HE HAS NOTHING AND NEVER HAS ANYTHING TO DO WITH FORT RECOVERY LTD.
