ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- A light to moderate southerly wind flow will continue to persist across the area due to the influence of Hurricane Franklin, as it moves over the southwestern Atlantic waters and north of the area today, Sunday, August 27, 2023, the Department of Disaster Management (DDM) has said.

Weather today: Partly cloudy with a 20 percent or slight chance of showers.

Weather tonight: Partly cloudy with a 20 percent or slight chance of showers.
Winds: South to south-east 10 to 23 km/h or 6 to 14 mph and becoming lighter and variable at times.
Seas: 1 to 1.2 meters or 3 to 4 feet.
