WAHS student killed in shooting incident

BASSETERRE, St. Kitts- The Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force (RSCNPF) is investigating the death of 18-year-old Sean John, a resident of College Housing, St. Kitts, and a student of Washington Archibald High School.

The incident was reported to Police between 10:30PM and 11 PM on Saturday, September 13th, 2025. Responding to the scene, officers observed Mr. John had sustained a gunshot injury.

He was shortly thereafter pronounced deceased. Investigators are actively pursuing leads, and the public will be kept appropriately abreast if any developments.

Anyone with information that may assist the investigation is strongly encouraged to contact the nearest Police station or share details anonymously via Crime Stoppers at 707. The RSCNPF extends sincere condolences to the family, friends, and school community of the deceased during this difficult time.
