I’m sure it had other artists from different counties who actually give back to thier community to win this award. I’m sure our premier rigged this so the BVI can look like a gem. I know for sure Asa Banton of Dominica every year holds an annual event called breakfast fete and the funds raised he put it back into the community giving children school supplies, giving single mothers money to shop groceries and this morning I saw on Facebook he actually paid a barber shop money to cut boys hair for the new school term. Mothers can go there and get their son’s hair cut for free cause it was paid by a real artist who gives back. Hugo gives what????? Mr. Premier stop trying to fit in with Cato on nations and the United Nations the BVI too small to be independent.

    Sincerely
    ………………
