PALM SPRINGS, California, USA- Mrs Arliene T. Penn, PhD, a compassionate, multitalented, focused, and energetic woman, whose mantra is ‘KNOW>FIX> LIVE> WIN!’, is currently in California representing the [British] Virgin Islands at Mrs Globe 2023.

The Mrs Globe pageant, which is the most prestigious Mrs pageant in the World, with over 80 countries and cultures represented on the international stage, is being held this year at Westin Rancho Mirage Golf Resort & Spa in Palm Springs, California from June 20-25, 2023, with the finals on June 24.

Dr Penn, A Communications Specialist, is the only representative from the Caribbean.

What would winning Mrs Globe 2023 mean?

The Mrs British Virgin Islands Globe under the Women In Need British Virgin Islands (WINBVI) Organisation, Dr Penn, said winning the Mrs Globe crown will provide an opportunity for her to be more involved in charity work consistent with the mission and vision of WINBVI.

“The coveted Mrs Globe 2023, title along with the Choice of the People Award, will also afford me the opportunity to specifically advance the awareness of cervical cancer and the real-world goals of Get Informed. Get Screened. Get Vaccinated, along with earlier diagnosis and treatment to optimise quality of life outcomes.”

A cervical cancer survivor, Dr Penn shared that cancer affects almost everyone we know in some way and she desires to work with local, regional and global cancer centers and societies, government, public, and private organisations around the world to make everyone more aware of the multifaceted challenges and potential solutions associated with all gynecological cancers.

Dr Penn envisions the WIN Foundation partnering with the World Health Organisation and the Pan American Health Organisation, as over 35,000 women in the Caribbean die yearly as a result of cervical cancer.

Meanwhile, the areas of competition for Mrs Globe 2023 pageant are Evening Gown, Swimsuit and Personality Profile.

Dr Penn will capture this title! Remember to enjoy yourself and make some friends. We already know you will represent the VIs well.

Dr Penn's makeup is so natural and flawless, it illuminates her gorgeous skin and cheekbones. The other contestants has on too much makeup, one cannot tell what is real or what is fake. Lol.

Agreed, some of the older women I looks much better than the 20 something that looks old and beat down. That lady is a beautiful, classy well educated woman. She is not walking around looking unnatural with claws on her fingers, fake weaves. fake eyelashes and a pound of makeup plastered on her face. How can a woman clean herself properly with claws on her fingers. As a man, I don’t deal with fake looking women.
