CHICAGO, Illinois, USA - The NBA G League has announced that Missouri standout and Virgin Islander, D'Moi Hodge will attend the 2023 NBA G League Elite Camp, as one of 45 prospects for the NBA Draft 2023 presented by State Farm participating in the event.

The 2023 NBA G League Elite Camp – held May 13 and 14 at Wintrust Arena in Chicago – gives draft prospects an opportunity to display their skills in front of NBA and NBA G League scouts, coaches, and front-office executives over the course of the camp by playing in five-on-five games and participating in strength and agility drills.

NBA added that based on performance, select players from the NBA G League Elite Camp will be invited to participate in Microsoft Surface NBA Draft Combine 2023, which will be held May 15-21 at Wintrust Arena.

Record-setting performance

A report on the initiative detailed, “Hodge helped key the Tigers to one of their most successful campaigns in years during the 2022-23 season. The guard finished second on the team with 14.7 points per game, establishing a new school record with 91 steals and becoming the fifth Tiger to connect on 100 3-pointers in a single season.”

Overall, Hodge ranked fourth nationally with 2.60 steals per game, 32nd with 2.86 triples per game, and 37th with a three-point clip of 40.0.

A native of the VI, Hodge was named a finalist for the Lefty Driesell Defensive Player of the Year, while being named to the SEC All-Tournament Team.

Do not join any of the big name teams because you will get lost on the bench like Scottie Pippen's son

He will not determine what team he joins. The teams are the ones who draft the players.
