'Allow investigative & judicial processes'- Interim ACoP
The Interim Acting Commissioner of Police Richard Ullger stated, “We understand the level of concern this incident has generated within the community, particularly given the nature of the footage circulated. While public reaction is understandable, I urge members of the public to allow the investigative and judicial processes to take their course. The Royal Virgin Islands Police Force remains committed to ensuring that matters of this nature are handled thoroughly, fairly, and in accordance with the law.”

She clearly was never disciplined and appears to be entitled.
So when she carries that behavior to another person again — maybe your family, friends, or law enforcement — I hope y’all see that her behavior needed correcting from early, but now it will become everybody’s problem, not just this guy’s.
There are a lot of entitled, rude young people nowadays — especially girls — just running amok. Look at ESHS when the teachers called out students for bringing drugs into school and being unruly. The parents cried out and got angry at the teachers in disbelief.
Now look at ESHS’ current conditions: metal detectors, knives, and drugs being brought into schools.
We spoil them, give them entitlement, and treat them like angels when some of them are wolves. Soon they will be integrated into our community, and we will reap what we sow.
We’ve already started reaping it — last year’s festival complaints with minors drinking, smoking, and dressing half-naked on the grounds. Y’all only now seeing the smoke, but that fire has been brewing a long time.
Spare the rod and you will spoil the child.
Neglect morals and you will get criminals.
That’s why we have a gang of high school dropouts forming gangs like Money Boys.
That’s why we have young girls and women getting caught up with criminals and assisting in money laundering, drug trafficking, and murders. SMH.
That’s why you have young women — some of whom were contestants in Miss BVI — now out here selling their bodies to criminals just to keep up a maintained lifestyle. SMH.

His reaction was too damn extreme. Hitting and kicking that girl in her head could've given her a concussion or worse.
And for the judge who let him out...how incompetent are you fohrreal? Im tired of VI judges and the damn corruption. He needs to sit his bum sknt in jail since he have to live on people couch.
