They need stop allowing trust companies to outsource all the jobs. 10,000+ companies registered with FSC yet less than 5 corporate staff. FSC and these trust companies robbing entry level jobs required to move up in financial services!! Then wondering why most of these graduates don’t have a job! Back then getting into a trust company was a surety!

If only government made it easier to hire foreign staff, think of all the locals who could have been trained, avoiding all those jobs going overseas.

Weather we like it or don't, the B.V.I has no chance of meaningful material development except by overseas help. This a good and necessary move. India should not be denies just because the majority of them show prejudice behavior. Prejudice behaviors is a common behavior worldwide. It should be avoided, though.
In the B.V.I as elsewhere are, natives and other ethnic people are not innocent of prejudice behavior against each others. "He without sin cast the first stone.", bias hypocrite
