Mr. chinnery is being paid for years, to teach softball after school to youths, why can't the sports division not pay other coaches to teach youth volleyball, youth netball, girls basketball etc...come on sports division lets wake up and give other youths the same privalege! wish the team all the best, but those older ladies need to stay home.. it's time for the youths to take over!

We have to wish the young ladies and our softball ambassadors well. Without a doubt, they will be exemplary ambassadors. But the state and health of softball is troubling; it is on life support and is dying on wine. The sport needs a complete overhaul. So what should an overhaul entail. First, the current facilities needs to be upgraded and more facilities constructed. Secondly, the association needs to embark on a public education and outreach campaign. Third, the playing location needs to be decentralized; games should be played at different locations. Fourth, more practice facilities are needed. Sixth, more training and coaching is needed;recruit former players to assist, Seventh, improve the scheduling and exposed players to more international competition.
