VI welcomes first baby for 2023 on New Year's Day

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- The Lynch family received a most wonderful gift on New Year’s Day 2023, a bouncing baby boy.

The 3.85 kg baby was born at 9:07 am on January 1, 2023, to mother Najeebah Lynch-Hackshaw and father Nathan Hackshaw.

The New Year's Day baby boy was presented with gift baskets from the National Bank of the Virgin Islands and BVI Health Services Authority (BVIHSA).

      Wonderful news but why is he referred to as “bouncing”? Weird. He’s clearly not going to do any bouncing for some time.
