MIAMI BEACH, Florida, USA- The Virgin Islands (VI), regarded as the Sailing Capital of the World, will once again make waves at the Discover Boating Miami International Boat Show, taking place from February 11–15, 2026, at Sailor’s Cove – IGY Yacht Haven Grande.

The Discover Boating Miami International Boat Show remains one of the world’s premier boating and marine industry events, attracting thousands of international boating enthusiasts, charter clients, and industry professionals. For the VI, the show continues to serve as a vital platform for promoting the Territory as a leading global sailing and yachting destination, while strengthening relationships with both trade and consumer audiences.

Industry Partners

Joining the British Virgin Islands Tourist Board & Film Commission (BVITBFC) at the show are Virgin Islands tourism industry partners Virgin Islands Shipping and Maritime Authority (VISMA), and Scrub Island Resort, Spa & Marina. Collaboratively, they will showcase the Territory’s signature blend of pristine sailing conditions, safe and well-regulated maritime environment, vibrant onshore experiences, and premium service providers—reinforcing why the British Virgin Islands continues to be regarded as one of the world’s most desirable sailing destinations.

Other BVI Tourism partners who will have a presence at the show but will be exhibiting independently include; Marinemax Vacations, WaypointsYacht Charters, The Moorings/Sunsail, Navigare Yachting and Dream Yacht Charter.

According to the BVITBFC, as a long-standing hub for yacht charters, superyacht services, and marine innovation in the Caribbean, the VI’s participation at the 2026 Discover Boating Miami International Boat Show underscores the Territory’s commitment to maintaining its leadership position in the global marine tourism market.

Visitors are invited to meet the VI delegation at Sailor’s Cove – IGY Yacht Haven Grande, Booth #IG112, to learn more about the Virgin Islands and its exceptional sailing and yachting experiences.
