KINGSTOWN, ST Vincent & The Grenadines- The [British] Virgin Islands is being represented by 9 players at the Junior Caribbean Championships being held in St Vincent and the Grenadines from July 15-22, 2023.

The team comprises Darci Reich, Oliver Henderson, Danny Henderson, Zevieh Abraham, Ethan Mohamed, Jakob Noblett, Delilah Pease, Zivon Abraham and Zane Pretlove.

According to the BVI Squash Rackets Association, Joshua Noblett would also have been part of the team if it weren’t for an unfortunate knee injury!

VI players ready for action- Coach Murrills

National Coach Adam Murrills is accompanied by Luca Reich as Assistant Coach.

“Our players have been gearing up for this for a long time and we can’t wait to hopefully build on the positive results achieved at last year’s event!” said coach Murrills.

The participating countries are [British] Virgin Islands, Barbados, Bermuda, Cayman Islands, Guyana, Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago and hosts St Vincent & the Grenadines.

The first 3 days of competition are designated for the Individual Tournament. There will then be two days of Doubles Competition. The remainder of the days will be spent on the Team Event.

      Because it's not an "us" sport. Locals play softball, baseball and basketball

      Look again, there are a few of ‘us’ ( your word) in the picture.

      Next time do your research and think before writing. Besides does it even really matters? A win for this group of talented players is a win for BVI.

      Most of these kids are from the BVI - you're just a racist bigot (enjoy googling that one, you dumb a#$). They've worked hard in training and fundraising to have the opportunity to represent the BVI on an international stage, and we should support them all the way.

      Thankful these kids have a much more promising future than you'll ever have.
