VI records 2nd COVID-19 death
According to Minister for Health and Social Development, Hon Carvin Malone (AL), the deceased is an elderly person.
"I have also been sadly advised of the passing of one of our golden gems who was among the positives with the COVID-19 virus.
"This brings to two the number of deaths reported with the deadly virus," Hon Malone said on ZBVI 780 AM this evening July 2, 2021.
More details to follow.

The person who died was fully vaccinated. This is a small community. Eventually things transpire. Stop censorship. Be transparent. Person was indeed elderly and with previous health issues. That only proves that taking the vaccine should be a medical decision taken after a thorough assessment by a medical doctor. Especially with these vaccines, completely new and much less tested than the ones we are familiar with.
How could that have happened how could she and/or her caretakers not know that the vaccine was administered to her,??
Frankly, I for one am concerned about the “elderly gems” of the community!
Huge numbers of people vaccinated, tiny death
rates despite rising Covid infections and are able to open up again. Sure the infections will rise but not the hospitalisation.
Real talk that’s why now is not the time to entertain the UK agenda. it’s all on the transcript there’s no reason why they can not come back at a later date.
Unless the staff brought it in and there’s no report that there are cases there.
Covid. Sad part is most of the people there are vaccinated.
We had it good and now we need to look into what changed in the protocols to allow Covid to enter.
