VI musician 'King Jerome' puts spotlight on VG in latest music video
The music video for 'Can't Get Enough' was launched Saturday morning, July 18, 2020.
"You will see all the beautiful places in Virgin Gorda; the Baths, Spring Bay and Sugarcane Restaurant and the Leverick Bay Hotel," Mr Morton told Virgin Islands News Online.
Apart from the video, he said the song champions love and appreciating what you have with that special person in your life.
The music video follows the popular single, ‘Turn your back on me’ which was written about his ex-girlfriend and their relationship and released in 2018.
"I've been singing from 2014 [and] did a couple shows. I have four music videos. The last one 'Turn your back on me' was the biggest one, ft Delma, and this new one was recorded in Virgin Gorda," Murton told Virgin Islands News Online (VINO).
Appreciation for love
"In relationships sometimes you have to put in the work, not because it is hard, but to show and express your love. Sometimes we love someone but don’t show love. This song is dedicated to those who love and who are not afraid to love."
The music was produced by Beatlink Productions. The music video was filmed by 4K Genius and features Miss BVI World 2018, Yadali T. Santos.
"The process was enjoyable yet long. We filmed in one day but it took all day. There was an effort from everyone. We focused on the quality of the music and the production of the video."
Mr Murton is encouraging everyone to view the music video on YouTube and purchase his music on digital music stores.
