VI in action today @ Caribbean Rugby 7s C/ships in Trinidad

ARIMA, Trinidad- The national men's rugby team is currently in Arima, Trinidad, taking part in the Caribbean Rugby 7s Championships from today, Friday, November 21 to November 23, 2025.

The 2025 Rugby America North, an annual senior sevens tournament, is being hosted by the Trinidad and Tobago Rugby Union. 

The Virgin Islands (VI), grouped in Men’s Tier 2, is represented by Stuart Fee, Thomas Chapman, Roan Thornton, Gethin Jones, Bradrick Evans, Rossa Canavan, Denvin Jones, Thomas Wilson, Roequan Hemerding, Jayden Williams, Robert Lind, D’Von Jones, Josiah Means, and Jonathan McAuley. 

Games

Team VI will play against St Lucia and then the Turks and Caicos Islands today at 10:20 AM and 2:20 PM, respectively. 

In their games on Saturday, November 22, 2025, the team will play St Vincent and the Grenadines at 10:20 AM and Curacao at 2:28 PM. On Sunday, November 23, 2025, they will play against The Bahamas at 10:28 AM. 

The team also has an opportunity to be promoted to the Men’s Tier 1 for 2026. 

All three days of the tournament are being streamed live on RugbyPass TV.
