ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – The Government of the Virgin Islands led by Premier and Minister of Finance, Hon Andrew A. Fahie (R1) is hosting the second annual ‘ A Time of Praise and Prayer’ event on January 1, 2022.

The event is being held at the Queen Elizabeth II Park on Tortola from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Premier Fahie, who is never shy to profess his faith or give praise to God, said New Year’s Day represents a new day and a new beginning for the people of the Virgin Islands.

“Our GOD has been faithful to us and the Virgin Islands. I continue to say that we are not going anywhere without Him,” the Premier said.

God continues to keep us safe - Premier Fahie

“He has been and continues to be so good to us. I make no reservations about this. We are where we are because of His grace and goodness. GOD continues to keep us safe in the good times and in the challenging times, and we must thank Him as a people for His favour as we celebrate triumphs of 2021 and seal our faith and our future as we start and go into 2022.”

The event is being held in collaboration with churches across the Territory and, according to information, is being inspired by the scripture Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the plans I have for you,' declares the Lord, 'plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future.”

The Premier encouraged all the people of the Virgin Islands to come together on January 1, 2022, in one accord to sing songs of praise and to petition God for continued favour as we journey through the year.

A Time of Praise and Prayer’ was first held on January 1, 2020, and the event will include a special service includes praise and worship, prayers of intercession, and the Word brought by a member of the Clergy.

Did not even saw the sign shining over his head. No amount of prayers is going to save this Country. Ok, they say Haiti is a Country of witchcraft, so how is that the witchcraft they are practicing is not making the Country a better place.

The Bible tells us that men need always to pray but these political fake prayers, and false praise acting is nothing short of comical.
One time the Covid-19 virus curb down it strip tease time, and it spikes, it prayer time. What a comical mockery show.
"Righteousness exults a nation, but sin a reproach to all people." God accepts honest prayers, and praise, only.

Start at home.BVI. If you all serious about prayers start with all leaders, religious or governments.Set good examples for others to follow. Repent and turn from all wicked ways and thy land shall be healed. The BVI is the one of the few places that no religious leader or governmental leaders stood up against many of the wrong doings that's been taken place since the roll out of the plandemic. In many other countries there are people standing up against all the lies that has been exposed and yet here they remain silent. Since the roll out of the experimental jab there has been many deaths and sicker people and now we are seeing heart attacks on an all time high. Stop pretending that nothing is wrong. Some businesses are fireing staff and forcing them to inject something into there bodies that they are not shore what the out come would be and now they are targeting the kids which we have seen many that are dieing or suffering from heart problems.Wrong is wrong. Real prayers should be focus on stopping wickedness and let goodness and mercy follow us all the days of our lives.

The ultimate ignorance is the rejection of something you know nothing about, then refuse to investigate. (comfortably numb). The world is mental and many Africans are out of their minds. YOU ARE EVERYTHING AND EVERYTHING IS YOU.

    (Hewrews 12:26-29.)

ie the early months of 2020 I received from God, our Creator, the living Father of life, a vision that referred to a promised made against Godless living. Haggai 2:26 being one of the scriiptures text.
It tell of how God will shake the heavens and the earth. The Universe. He has mas made true of His promise.
The onslaught of the pandemic covid-19 virus is a part of the fulfilling of His promise against Godly lifestyle worldwide. It is of a truth that some anti-covid vaccines have a measure of effects against covid, but because of covid mutations, the virus will continue to reap havoc on the population of the world's people.
Judgement is in progress. Believe it or not. (Likes or dislikes).
We need much more than prayed we need to device ourselves from evil practices. Amen.

We been so brainwashed by religious superstition, cause its one thing the white man do is drill scriptures in our head so we go ahead a pick the cotton, if we new economic and science it would be different. But governments use religion to keep people suppress under theur corrupt rule as columbus did while the gather personal wealth.
