VI CoI is a form of psychological warfare– Skelton-Cline
Pointing to a new song detesting any UK rule in the territory, Skelton-Cline, during the Tuesday, November 30, 2021, edition of his talk show Honestly Speaking, said one of the aims of the CoI was to find dirt on the people of the VI and spread it.

According to Skelton-Cline, the VI must therefore increase its confidence in the competency and character of its own people.
“Our people have already demonstrated that yes, we can because we have,” he said.
“We got to instill that because part of it is to erode and corrode in the minds of our people. Is that psychological warfare, you know? And that's part of what this whole CoI was, it's psychological warfare,” he said.
In previous episodes of the show, the man of the cloth had detailed that the CoI was ‘undressing’ the leaders and the people of the territory in what felt like a public lynching.
CoI set out to find 'dirt' - Skelton-Cline
This, he pointed out, was to erode confidence in the leaders of the territory and set the stage for the UK to take control.
He said the aim of the CoI was to “Find every nook and cranny, every dirt, whatever it is, and just let's spread it,” he said.
From the onset, social commentators have alleged that the CoI was akin to a fishing expedition based on allegations of corruption and no real evidence.
Skelton-Cline said Virgin Islanders have built everything around them, which has caused the UK to question the territory’s wealth.
