VG man charged for Possession of a Controlled Drug; Intent to Supply

THEFT
1. On 28-11-2023 at 16:40hrs, Police arrested and charged David George, 56, of Manchester with Theft. He was granted bail in the sum of $5,000 and appeared at the Magistrate’s Court on 07/12/2023.
2. On 28-11-2023 at 17:23hrs, Police arrested and charged Keven Wallace, 37, of Manchester with Theft. He was granted bail in the sum of $5,000 and appeared at the Magistrate’s Court on 07/12/2023.
3. On 12-12-2023 at 17:38hrs, Police arrested and charged Luz Sanchez, 45, of Nottingham Estate with sixteen counts of Theft. She was granted bail in the sum of $150,000 and appeared at the Magistrate’s Court on 15-12-2023.
ASSAULT OCCASIONING ACTUAL BODILY HARM
1. On 27-11-23 at 17:50hrs, Police arrested and charged Devender Chitnarine, 30, of East End for Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm. He was granted bail in the sum of $5,000 to appear at the Magistrate’s Court on 25-01-2024.
2. On 16-12-2023 at 16:55hrs, Police arrested and charged Shakira Flax, 21, of Purcell Estate for Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm and two counts of Criminal Damage. She was granted bail in the sum of $5,000.
INFLICTING GRIEVOUS BODILY HARM
On 11-12-2023 at 21:49hrs, Police arrested and charged Peter Rege, 55 of Paraquita Bay with two counts of Inflicting Grievous Bodily Harm. He was granted bail in the sum of $10,000 to appear at the Magistrate’s Court on 01-02-2024.
