VG & JvD named among Best Islands in Caribbean by Travel + Leisure Magazine

In their prestigious "World’s Best Awards," Virgin Gorda proudly secured the 15th position, while Jost van Dyke was placed at 22nd.
This accolade, announced by the BVI Tourist Board, underscores the islands' breathtaking natural beauty, premier hospitality, and the unforgettable experiences they provide to visitors.
Jost van Dyke
Jost van Dyke is particularly renowned for its lively atmosphere, especially during the spirited New Year's Eve celebrations when revellers gather at its famous beach bars, such as the iconic Soggy Dollar. This beloved beach bar is legendary for its refreshing Painkiller cocktails and friendly vibe, making it a must-visit spot for both locals and tourists alike.
Beyond its beach bars, Jost van Dyke offers water sports activities, including snorkelling and sailing, allowing guests to explore the vibrant marine life and crystal-clear waters of the Caribbean.
Virgin Gorda
On the other hand, Virgin Gorda is celebrated for its stunning landscapes and unique geological features, most notably The Baths. This remarkable attraction is characterised by large granite boulders that create a series of tranquil tidal pools and hidden caves along the shoreline, providing a picturesque setting for swimming and relaxation. Visitors can meander through the maze of boulders, enjoying the lush surroundings and breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea.
VG one of the ‘Most Beautiful Islands’ in the world
Both islands have garnered high praise from Travel + Leisure, with Virgin Gorda also making appearances on lists of the "Most Beautiful Islands" in the world.

THESE ISLANDS, were always great, LONG BEFORE, the infestation, of the foreign ownership, of these businesses!
LET US, AS A PEOPLE, disregard these types of atrocious labels on our territory!
For if we ever decide to relocate to the home ports of these magazines, we would soon realize, that their so-called "love", has nothing to do with Black people!
As a matter of fact, our usage as a people, for their services, would be only for, " the hauling of water, and the hewing, of wood"!
