Allah says many things, like in quran 3:151 "Soon We shall cast terror into the hearts of the Unbelievers..."
Or in quran 4:101 "...the disbelievers are ever unto you open enemies"
Or in quran 4:104 "And be not weak hearted in pursuit of the enemy"
Or quran 8:12 "I will cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve. Therefore strike off their heads and strike off every fingertip of them"
I could go on and on demonstrating hateful and violent passages from the holy book of Islam, the religion of peace: Peace once the world has been conquered!

In this case it might be difficult to know who the offender was even driving their own vehicle in a head on collision

Most of the drivers paid for their licenses. A place with little two lane roads and people is always driving like sponge Bob square pants taking driving lessons in the boat. Can you imagine if some of you was driving on 4 and 6 lane highways? Every minute they would be scraping one of you off the road.

People drive like lunatics here. I saw one driving eating a plate of food and another one was looking in the rear view mirror curling her fake eye lashes with the eyelash curler while the car was moving. I call her ms. drive and curl.
