Callwood was the Valedictorian of the Class of 2026 and received trophies and awards, including the Ivan Dawson Memorial Scholarship for Top Student. Elizabeth also ranked 10th in the territory.
'Stronger, wiser & ready'
In her address during her class' graduation ceremony on July 1, 2026, Elizabeth gave thanks to God, her family, teachers and friends. She admonished her fellow classmates with the following words: “This journey has been about much more than academics. Along the way, we learned valuable life lessons about respect, integrity, honesty, kindness, teamwork, compassion, and perseverance. These values will continue to guide us long after we leave the nest. Class of 2026, today we celebrate not only what we have accomplished but also who we have become.
"We leave this school stronger, wiser, and ready for the opportunities ahead. No matter where life takes us, may we always carry the spirit of the Seahawks with pride, continue to support one another, and never forget the place where our journey began. Once a Seahawk, always a Seahawk. Congratulations, Class of 2026. The future is bright, and I have no doubt that each of us has the ability to achieve great things. Let us soar forward with confidence, determination, and pride and remember “not just for school but for life”.
