ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI: The candidates running for Governor of the United States Virgin Islands are keeping their eyes on voters living in the neighbouring Virgin Islands (BVI).

Within the last two weeks, the popular radio show ‘Honestly Speaking’ aired every Tuesday on ZBVI 780 AM and hosted by commentator Claude O. Skelton-Cline has interviewed current Governor Kenneth E. Mapp and Democratic Nominee Albert Bryan Jr. along with Senator Tregenza A. Roach Esq.

Who is next?

Next up on Tuesday, October 30, 2018, Mr Skelton-Cline will do a special edition from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM where he will be interviewing Gubernatorial Candidate Adlah A. Donastorg Jr., aka ‘Foncie’ along with his running mate St. Croix Senator Alicia Hansen aka ‘Chucky.’

Then the same day on his regular time ‘Honestly Speaking’ between 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM he will interview candidate Moleto A. Smith Jr., who has roots in Tortola.

With the USVI election tight and in some cases in a dead heat, candidates are eying residents in the VI who can vote in the USVI. The election for Governor will be held on Tuesday, November 6, 2018, and the elected Governor will serve for a term of 4 years.
