The DDM dropped the ball. While it is widely reported that this storm was hard to track, it was not taken seriously since they believed it would have moved north of us.

If you paid attention to the weather forecast, you would not have been surprised as what happened was one of the options that was been forecast.

The DDM been mentioning thus system for days and that everyone in BVI should pay attention. From yesterday they were warning of significant rain. Seems like you need to be more responsible for yourself and not blame others.

@ dropped the ball: that’s why it is defined as a weather forecast because no one can accurately predict the actual path of a given hurricane system

this is why a sensible person would try to safeguard them themselves: the same DDM always advise the residents of this territory to be prepared for hurricane season

      U probably dropped your ball
