Great Move..Not like Adejah. She disappointed me a lot. She disappointed the Carifta game fans and the Carifta community . She needed to be there, she is the big name, she gives BVI great Value in these games. In the Olympics she is nobody, these games were Good preparation for the Olympics, mentally, physically and for her confidence knowing what she needs to work on going into the Olympic.. She was my favourite BVI athlete. Sorry, she ain no more.. This Carifta game is big..she helped built it. Now she turned her back on it.

I can agree that at the Olympic Adejah is nobody. At the Carifta games she is a star and should have showed up. She knows best...Stick to the story, its about Basket ball, we are anxious to see our star De, Moi.

@respect -you are so small minded and small picture the Olympics is the Mecca of track and field the highest level that a track athlete can get to and your wish for this young lady who have already made a name for herself internationally, was to come to carifta where a minor injury like last year could sideline her and should not have taken the opportunity to focus on getting ready for the olympics just for your entertainment hmmm. The BVI is known in the region already but just imagine the impact of having the possibility of more athletes on the biggest stages possible. The more athletes get there the more the world would be able to see recognize and appreciate the small island that have not only produced a world champion but possibly bring more attention and interest for future development for others. Your comment just reeks of selfishness here you are labeling her as turning her back, but why you couldn’t see it as her making a great sacrifice to forgo participating where she would get personal accolades to try do something greater for country?

Right, sitting typing out the side of them neck. At 17 she ran with and made the Semis against pro athletes at Worlds, I think her confidence is ok. Like you said the blogger sounds selfish

Getting into the system of looking for all super star players can be a huge struggle.

I'm not a fan of the sport to the level that i will sit and watch it. That for me stopped when Jordan stop playing.

However the young man Hodge i do not agree with him playing in such level of game.

    1. You on the path of being a professional. Why come home and basically play street ball and more than likely some street thugs.

Who all will be wanting to test you skills but at a street level. I sure these games will be played dirty mark my works and i wouldn't doubt a fight or two will break out.

Don't do it is what i will recommend

    Why you all worrying?
All Demoi have to do is take it easy and don't go too hard.
He grew up in the hood, so he is not soft; he can also play street ball.
He just have to play smart.
