So let me get this straight................ I am in a parked car, a guy slams into my car causing damage to the car, then tries to run away because he has no licence or insurance, I run after him and catch him and take him to the police and they charge me with assault beacsue you didnt want me catching you?

Rudolph Stone or whatever your name is, I would be in the same position that Mr Donovan is, because if you had destroyed my vehicle and proceeded to run I would have put a beating on your a$$ as well if I caught you. Accidents happen yes.....but to theose of us who are licenced and insured to drive!
