UPDATE: Hours later body of shooting victim has not been identified!
Additionally, a female was also shot but is in stable condition after being taken to Dr D Orlando Smith Hospital.
Almost 18 hours later, police have still not identified the fatal shooting victim.
There were inaccurate reports in some news media, claiming the victim was family to a man who was gunned down in Parham Town, East End on Tortola on Tuesday, February 6, 2023, but our newsroom was the first to report the fact that the linkage was not accurate.
Our newsroom will be the first to bring you the identity of the shooting victim when the information becomes available.

Youth shot dead in Road Town
A young man was reportedly shot dead in Road Town early this morning, February 12, 2023.
According to reports, the fatal shooting took place around 4:00 AM in the parking lot of Virgin Islands International Tax Authority, which is in the vicinity of UPs Cineplex.
Our newsroom was further told that a female was also injured in the shooting. Reports are she was shot in the leg but is in stable condition.

REGARDLESS of who this murder is linked to, it’s time to face reality.
WE HAVE TO MAKE SURE we are repentant and obedient to God choosing to serve God and not the ways of the world. Can’t be up and down knowing wrong, still doing it, all while doing it saying God got your back fully well knowing it goes against His Word and expect to be welcomed into Heaven.
MANY BELIEVE God is on their schedule, that He answers to them, grants them anything they ask when NOTHING AT ALL go so. What we ask has to be ACCORDING TO GOD’S WILL. Stop leaving out the other part of that verse.
WHEN YOU THINK you’re getting what you want but it goes against God’s Word, know that the devil gives those who choose to obey him what they desire. So stop disrespecting God by thanking Him for what He wasn’t involved in. Ever heard a music artist first thanking God for their award win but they are singing about violence, thug life, etc. - it’s mockery.
THERE’S ANOTHER PLACE - HELL for those who are ashamed of God (rolling up their eyes getting irritated by others who speak about Him but would give a thousand likes on social media and entertain the same rubbish every day), who are unrepentant of their sin, disobedient to God, and refuse to accept Christ as the Son of God. Can’t get to God unless accepting His Son.
WHO IS YOUR ALLEGIANCE TO? God, family, friends, the world, gang leader/members, the devil?
THE ANSWER is in your thoughts, words, actions, etc. and whether you’re concerned with being accepted by others instead of God.
CAN’T EXPECT to be wearing symbols with guns, liking/promoting music videos/songs with guns, violence, and slackness, only remembering God when it suits you while living for the world, and say you love God.
MAKE TIME EACH DAY to think about your life and if God would be pleased with the things you’re doing. Would it be acceptable in Heaven? Read your Bible, spend some time alone in prayer, and get on the right path to letting God lead you - not satan and this world.
STOP FOLLOWING THESE INFLUENCERS. YOU’RE IDOLIZING THEM. THAT INCLUDES THOSE PASTORS WHO CHOOSE TO HAVE ONE FOOT IN THE CHURCH AND THE OTHER FOLLOWING THE WAYS OF THE WORLD.
LET GOD AND HIS WORD GUIDE YOU.

Parents you have a HUGE role to play as well. Unless you have honestly tried your best, and you will know that from your heart. Stop giving your child(ren) these heavy chain before they could even talk and walk. Help them to aspire to something greater than all this vanity and materialistic gains. It will profit them nothing, but their soul. Stop training them to be bullies and warsome people. Sometimes, your child is also very different around you. Look for the changes and speak to them with love and most importantly ask God to guide and protect them. Fathers, I know some of you are great and try hard, but please try to settle down and stop allowing all kind of people to raise your picknees, this too plays a big influence. Further is you are living a thug life, remember your sons and daughters are looking up to you, so be very careful what you teach them from your lifestyle alone. Blessings to the youths,,,all is not lost until you take your final breath, but be careful bc whoever your Master is, he will be happy to embrace you.
