UPDATE: Hands & feet of man found @ SCB were bound- Reports
The body of a black male clad in white shirt was discovered around 8:30am today, February 19, 2021, in waters close to the Valerie O. Thomas Community Centre.
The body was removed from the waters around 11:25am by persons on a boat.
Police; however, have not officially confirmed that the man’s hands and feet were bound.
“Regret I cannot confirm anything…it’s a live investigation and in any event we would not release information that may be relevant to capturing suspects,” Commissioner of Police Michael B. Matthews told Virgin Islands News Online.

Body of man discovered floating in waters @ Sea Cows Bay
Information reaching our newsroom is that a body of a male was discovered floating in waters in the proximity of the Valerie O. Thomas Community Centre in Sea Cows Bay this morning, February 19, 2021.
Police allegedly received reports of the discovery around 8:30am.
The body, said to be of a black male with a white shirt, was floating facedown.
The discovery was allegedly made by a construction worker.
