UPDATE: Federation championship game postponed due to weather
The flash flood watch issued by the Department of Disaster Management (DDM) for the Virgin Islands, which is expected to last until 12:00 midnight, is the reason for the cancellation.
The game, according to the BVIBF, is expected to be played on Friday August 18, 2017 and on Wednesday August 23, 2017 if necessary.
Currently, Mystics are up with two wins in the Best of Five Series.
Meanwhile, the other two leagues- the Hon Julian Fraser Save the Seed National Basketball League and the Virgin Gorda Summer Jam- remain on schedule to tip off August 19, 2017.
