Then if that's the case he shouldn't of flee the territory after and stand his ground of SELF DEFENSE. The fact that he jumped on a boat right after and flee proves his guilt!

Dummy Tortola don’t have self defense laws for gun crimes..hence why guns illegal ..you was trying sound smart eh.. is good to read up on our local laws

There are two crimes here, murder and the illegal possession of a firearm. Regardless of the legality of the weapon if he has a self-defense claim his lawyers can make the argument. However, in so doing he may have to admit the possession of the illegal firearm. So even if the self-defense for murder is successful, he will still have the charge relating to possessing an illegal firearm.

Or our jurors cuz it go some jurors that just genuinely hate Police thanks to our current culture of glorifying criminal life so they don't mind giving killers a win in court just to make police look bad. I have seen it myself. Place to small to be using local jurors. Everybody related somehow or inbed with criminals or just secretly hate police but they won't disclose that when being selected

      Oh no. He from here.

I hope he did not do it then, and that he is one of those business entrepreneurs with children, or it does not reflect well on VI.

If he did it I guess we stuck with this one.

When you look closely, it’s really just the criminal-minded killing off each other. What’s even crazier is that many can’t speak openly outside of social media, because they’re stuck between a rock and a hard place. The victims — Nyron, Azim, Arran, Jereem, and others — were all friends or associates, so people only feel safe expressing themselves on VINO. If they do it on Facebook, it turns into bigger drama.

For us clean-minded citizens, there’s nothing to worry about — let them kill off each other. Soldier Boy just happens to be more popular than Erick and had ties with the “cool corner kids,” so, as usual, right or wrong, they’ll defend him.

Ok juror's let's see if y'all got conscious or really support the all criminals and hate police. Cuz this caught live on footage.

And dpp for the love of please do not mess this up. Literally a piece of cakes handed to you like a baby. If jurors wanna support killas that's them business. Every dog will have there day and the don't like it when it their turn or family on the receiving end.

I would say properly screen them jurors but the place to small mehson everybody family and friend or connected in some way sigh if only we could outsource cases

This man allegedly killed someone, was released, and while free he allegedly killed again. If this place had not been so incompetent in keeping criminals behind bars, that additional life would not have been lost. His man should not see the outside of a jail cell again in his life. But who am I kidding. This is the Virgin Islands were criminals roam free.
