Consistently the VI protects the identity of dangerous criminals with no regard for the safety of its citizens.
Criminals have their network. Should we conclude that there are ,higher-ups, in our Government that are involved in criminal activities and are in the brotherhood of the criminal segment. This peculiar practice of the protection of criminals identity in the VI, gives credence to the International suspicion about members of our Governmrnt.

Why is the public the one to ask for his picture and name?

This information should have been readily out there for the general public to see wherefore if anything we could have made a call to 311 for his apprehends.

Now that darkness has set in, do I have to worry about the phantom prisoner crawling through my neighborhood? Well home alarm system is double checked and the extra deadbolt lock has been activated on front and back door. Can’t even enjoy my night sitting on my patio.

It’s a shame that here in the Bvi we take the time to share text and videos of peoples doing this in the privacy of their own home and time . Help me to understand why a photo and this inmate hasn’t been sent out to the territory as yet . I’m sure blame will be passed on the prison and yes some responsibilities should be take . Our beloved VIP this something else you have dropped the ball on . A territory alert for things like this . Whether it’s a child , adult , inmate . We should have been informed hours ago .This person could be anywhere at this point . Government must do better to change and help the territory to develop into a better place .

Some of the wardens that was on duty probably got a pay check to release him to finish a unfinish job or to prove a point. If government will stop playing Russian rollet with the civil servants and teachers raise of pay the workers will work diligent and these things wound happen.
His name and picture will not be posted until he is ready to return to his job on the street is accomplished.

Ok my BVI Pol and residents .

    I can’t take it any more .
BVI , step it up from this village mentality while feigning fitment in the progressive world.
Stop printing articles with random photos attached - do you presume that everyone in this village recognized each person within? If that should be the case , one might argue that the mere mention of a person should suffice .

Next : what is with this habit of printing stories about police and prison escapees absent a photo ? What are we to do- ask each other if we’ve seen Haitians of Swiss or Germans about the place ? Neither law enforcement or press have a clue

He is a murderer who took someone’s life and yet he wants to escape his punishment and live. Everyone look for him and phone it in, and for those of you hiding him and don’t like it, GO TO HELL!

When he geh caught, cut off or crush he seeds so he cool down. Clearly he is too hot tempered. Matter of fact, all BVI convicted murders who have exhausted all their appeals should have either their seeds crushed or cut off as part of their sentence or conditions for release back into society upon serving their sentence.

How will they expect to catch someone and they hesitated to anounce the name from the beginning? The RVIPF needs to wise up on certain things in these trial times of WHAT & HOW to do things. From time this gentleman escape he done leave the territory. This was a planned escaped and a gaurd/inmate has something to do with this. By the time the police released his name he probably was already on his journey. Sad to hear and to know we aint safe in our little BEAUTIFUL VIRGIN ISLANDS anymore. PRAYING THAT HE WILL BE CAUGHT SOMEWHERE & SOMEHOW.
