VALLEY, Virgin Gorda, VI - Donalin Michel now wears the crown for the first Best of the Best Miss Gorgeous Pageant after putting on an amazing show of intelligence and talent at the Catholic Community Centre, Valley, Virgin Gorda, where the show was held last night, October 29, 2016.

Michel contested the Miss Gorgeous Easter Festival Pageant in 2014 and won the crown back then and, while it was no easy task for her, she outshined the other competitors last night to once again take another crown.

Michel and the other contestants, Vonda-Kay Johnson- Miss Gorgeous 2013 and Derese Henry- Miss Gorgeous 2009, according to several patrons, exhibited a high level of intelligence, class, beauty and intelligence on stage, making the night out “worth the while”.

Deanne George- Miss Gorgeous 1992- pulled out of the pageant at the last minute due to “unforeseen circumstances,” according to organisers.

Its so funny how people loves to cause confusion. I was at that show and I am from Virgin Gorda. Donalin won the show hands down. The only category that Dereese over Donalin was introduction. Lets us be honest and fair. Come out here talking pist and sending wrong ideas in people minds. They were all good. The only let down was Vonda. We expect more from her. She wasn't in it at all. She wasn't prepared for that level of competition.
