It’s a former TB senior’s comments on FB that’s really ridiculous.

How do we know it’s the lady that posted to her Instagram a few hours ago and not the partner pretending to be her after something happened to her. On top of that to encourage over staying. SMH

The Instagram story was posted around the same time that the Press Release was issued by Govt/RVIPF.

Why are they titled AT LARGE as if they are criminals? Brazilians need no visa to visit the BVI for up to 30 days. May be they just missed the ship, don’t speak English and can’t find anyone here who speaks portogese. Usually the passports stay on the ship in the pursers office. May be it would be good to find out if the passports are on board

You hold on to your own documents! When you are disembarking the ship, you are required to walk with your passport and or a valid id!! Have you been on a cruise before? If you don't make the ship in time, they will be leaving you right where you at!!

Had to share this, I just got back from Zurich Switzerland and there are a lot of people from Santo Domingo living and working in Switzerland. They are so different than the ones living in the BVI.

The Dominican Republic has the highest vistors in the Carribean with 8.5 Million vistors as of 2022 and increasing .Their GDP is 94.24 Billion vs BVI at about 1.7 Billion . Many are coming to make a better life for themlves and we might be interpeting those people as a reprensation of all Dominicans. They are hard working people and one only needs to look to their cultural and political impact and importance in New York as an indicator. It was not many years ago that BVIslanders traveled to Dominican Rebublic for work. We also have some well established families with roots in the Dominican Rebuplic.

They actually left yesterday w/ WinAir to catch the boat in SXM. Police and Immigration should check their records properly before going to the public treating them as they are at large...

If this is true…. I can see why we can’t solve a crime in the bvi! These police can’t investigate ….not even to find them a** from their elbow.

BVI people are just sick and have negative mindset. You folks just have to think the worse in every situation. Run youall mouth as if it is everyone who want to live in BVI or the U.S.A. Chances for improvement is low because you people already badminded.

“Had some health troubles on the cruise and stayed in BVI. Today we took the flight to St. Maarten – SXM and will continue our trip. Big hug to all of you. Loved the island.” IF THEY WERE WANTED IN THE BVI, HOW DID THEY GET TO BOOK A FLIGHT TO ST MAARTEN FROM THE BVI WITHOUT THE AIRLINE COMPANY OR THE SECURITY PERSONNEL ALERTING THE POLICE? THIS IS CRAZY!!
