FYI, the new mini hospital was christened but is not being used to date. So, serious accident victims still have to be rushed to tola. Ask your VIP government about that one.

Yep, I heard that it's just a desk with a computer in the lobby of the building. Imagine how they cursed out NDP when they wanted to open the place before last election day. Ah set ah hypocrites!!!

That’s so sad, the 2 individuals waited there for so long for the ambulance to come from the valley to then go back valley and then take a boat to beef island which an ambulance then came from town to then have to drive back to town.

I see we still like playing with people lives and the window we have when accidents occur because they do occur.

@ sadd. People like you SHOULD NOT blog / post / type things when you have NO idea of the facts / truth . Yes it seemed a long time for ambulance to arrive : but these guys are “ on call “ and have to travel from their homes to get the ambulance ( No 24 hour “manned” service .The guys were taken by boats from NECKER and EUSTATIA to Road Town ; a trip which took less than 30 mins . This is Virgin Gorda —— we are a close knitted community — We share BVI. LOVE
Thanks to all FIRST RESPONDERS both “ black and white “ V G is our home

Your NDP government actually built it.

Your VIP government is not using it.

What a horrible disgusting comment to make. Who cares, where they are from, and who they are! You should be totally ashamed of that comment. Prayers are with them, their families and the first responders and good Samaritans that assisted.
