UPDATE: 19-year-old motorcyclist dies following accident on Fort Hill
According to reports, the 19-year-old was pronounced dead at Dr D. Orlando Smith Hospital.
The deceased has been identified as Vincent Huggins.
Police have also confirmed reports of the teen's passing.
"The RVIPF can confirm that a male scooter rider succumbed to his injuries arising out of a collision at Fort Hill last night. Investigations are ongoing," police stated this morning.

Motorcyclist injured in accident with car on Fort Hill
A motorcyclist was taken to Dr D. Orlando Smith Hospital following an accident at upper Fort Hill last evening, January 19, 2023.
The accident involved a motorcycle and a car.
The circumstances surrounding the collision are unclear.
According to reports, the motorcyclist appeared to have received serious injuries.

If you don’t have nothing good to say don’t say nothing at all. You know nothing of this young man and by the way your same tax money paying for all kinds of bullsh**, you’d be surprised.

Any youth rider that agrees with such a comment will probably meet the same fate.
Show he dead some respect because I never disrespect him and its sad what happened. He does zoom in between cars doing stunts ok and that's facts but I never said nothing all I said is it was carelessness. Only dumb people like you does comment without understanding the comments
To all who are talking "oh the young man died, do not speak like that!". This is exactly the problem. Of course it's always sad to lose our young people especially as senseless as this. But let's be real, look at how hard he hit that jeep? It is alleged that he was riding like a maniac and if that's true, what if he killed the driver and he lived? These people do not give a $£"& about nobody else life so why do you want people to hold their tongues? You ride like a %$£"& lunatic, you wear no protective gear whatsoever what the hell do you expect the end result to be?
It is time to pray seriously for our male youths. Are they our future leaders? What happen to the MALE organization that was established to help or reach out to the young men in this Territory?
These young men don't understand the pain they put their parents or the family members through when their lives are taken from them swiftly because of an accident or even a shooting. The hurt and pain I have seen my mother go through after losing one of her children to a vehicle accident is hurt and pain on a whole other level. Even after twenty plus years, I remember the screams as if I heard them yesterday.
Young men, I am pleading with you, please ride responsibly.
