UPDATE: 16-year-old charged for fatal stabbing on VG
According to reports reaching our newsroom, a 23-year-old man was stabbed several times in the region of his chest and other parts of his body during an altercation with the teenager.
The injured man, identified as Nayib Clarke, later succumbed at Nurse Iris O'Neal Medical Facility.
The incident reportedly took place around 4:30 PM.

Male dead following VG stabbing incident
Information coming into Virgin Islands News Online (VINO) is that a male has reportedly died from injuries sustained during a stabbing incident on Virgin Gorda sometime tonight Saturday, December 3, 2022.
This was confirmed by officials at the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) who added that the investigation into the incident is active and ongoing.
It remains unclear the details surrounding the stabbing incident, however, our news center will bring more information as it becomes available.
