GENE HILL, Tortola, VI – An unlicensed female teen driver and her alleged boyfriend may have found themselves in double trouble after getting involved in a vehicular accident, then fleeing the scene and crashing again late Friday evening, August 15, 2020.

The first accident is said to have occurred shortly after 9:00pm in the Gene Hill/Fish Bay Hill area, involving a black Nissan Altima car driven by the teen who was in the company of the boyfriend.

The two were reportedly travelling towards Road Town when they collided with a Suzuki Swift travelling in the opposite direction.

The female driver of the Suzuki vehicle is said to have sustained minor injuries and was taken to Dr D. Orlando Smith Hospital where she was examined but later discharged.

Second accident

After the first accident; however, sources told our news centre that the teen then fled the scene shortly after, this time, in a silver car reportedly driven by the boyfriend.

Our news centre understands that the two were allegedly driving recklessly towards East End and refused to stop at the sounds of police siren attempting to halt the runaway duo.

They were eventually intercepted and arrested in the Fat Hogs Bay area after the car driven by the male crashed into a fence.

According to reports, the young man had to be tased as he was allegedly "aggressive" towards police.

The female teen driver was later released from police custody pending further investigation.

When your life is in the hands of the devil, he would have you doing his dirty work until he’s about to be exposed ...he runs and leaves you to fend for yourself.

You see how the vehicle crashed into the police fence... think about it.

God may have stopped you two from being killed that night. This is a chance to think about your path in life and make better choices.
