Baronville was granted bail in the sum of $5,000 with one surety. He is to appear before the Magistrate's Court on September 20, 2022.

POSSESSION OF A PROHIBITED WEAPON

On 18-08-2022 at 1933hrs, Police arrested and charged Deandre Donovan, 22, of Carrot Bay for Possession of a Prohibited Weapon and Unlawful Possession of Ammunition. He appeared before Magistrate’s Court and was remanded.

DRIVING WITHOUT A DRIVER’S LICENCE

On 21-08-2022 about 0740hrs, Police arrested and charged Kevan Joseph Daley, 24, of Lower Estate for Driving without a Driver's Licence, one count of Reckless Driving, Failing to Stop at Request of a Police Officer, Fail to Comply with a No Entry Sign, and Driving when not Covered by Insurance. He was granted bail in the sum of $2,000 with one signed surety to appear at Magistrate’s Court on 06-10-2022 at 0900hrs.

THEFT

On 12-08-2022 at 1543hrs, Police arrested and charged Joel Adolphus Roberts, 35, of the Valley, Virgin Gorda, for Theft. He was granted bail in the sum of $5,000 with one surety to appear before Magistrate’s Court on 17-08-2022.
