According to the Arrest Blotter for August 7-20, 2022, on August 10, 2022, police arrested and charged Kevon Baronville, 30, of Free Bottom for Driving without Driver’s Licence, Taking Conveyance Without Authority, Driving without Due Care and Attention, Failing to Report Accident where Damaged to Property is Caused, Failure to stop at Scene of Accident, Driving Unlicensed Vehicle and Driving when not covered by Third Party Risks. ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Police have arrested and charged a man who was driving without a driver’s license or insurance and who failed to stop at the scene of an accident.

According to the Arrest Blotter for August 7-20, 2022, on August 10, 2022, police arrested and charged Kevon Baronville, 30, of Free Bottom for Driving without Driver’s Licence, Taking Conveyance Without Authority, Driving without Due Care and Attention, Failing to Report Accident where Damaged to Property is Caused, Failure to stop at Scene of Accident, Driving Unlicensed Vehicle and Driving when not covered by Third Party Risks.

Baronville was granted bail in the sum of $5,000 with one surety. He is to appear before the Magistrate's Court on September 20, 2022.

  1. On 12-08-2022 at 2105hrs, Police arrested and charged Daylon Sutton, 26, of Josiah Bay for Criminal Damage and Common Assault. He was granted bail in the sum of $5,000 with one surety to appear before Magistrate’s Court on 27-10-2022 at 0900hrs.
  2. On 17-08-2022 at 1600hrs, Police arrested and charged Marcia Griffith, 41, of Harrigan Estate for Criminal Damage and Common Assault. She was granted bail to appear before Magistrate’s Court on 31-10-2022.

POSSESSION OF A PROHIBITED WEAPON

On 18-08-2022 at 1933hrs, Police arrested and charged Deandre Donovan, 22, of Carrot Bay for Possession of a Prohibited Weapon and Unlawful Possession of Ammunition. He appeared before Magistrate’s Court and was remanded.

DRIVING WITHOUT A DRIVER’S LICENCE

  1. On 21-08-2022 about 0740hrs, Police arrested and charged Kevan Joseph Daley, 24, of Lower Estate for Driving without a Driver's Licence, one count of Reckless Driving, Failing to Stop at Request of a Police Officer, Fail to Comply with a No Entry Sign, and Driving when not Covered by Insurance. He was granted bail in the sum of $2,000 with one signed surety to appear at Magistrate’s Court on 06-10-2022 at 0900hrs.

THEFT

On 12-08-2022 at 1543hrs, Police arrested and charged Joel Adolphus Roberts, 35, of the Valley, Virgin Gorda, for Theft. He was granted bail in the sum of $5,000 with one surety to appear before Magistrate’s Court on 17-08-2022.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE

On 12-08-2022 at 2105hrs, Police arrested and charged Daylon Sutton, 26, of Josiah Bay for Criminal Damage and Common Assault. He was granted bail in the sum of $5,000 with one surety to appear before Magistrate’s Court on 27-10-2022 at 0900hrs.
