Not neglecting the other arrests, but Gladys really!!! Yes stealing is wrong but we all know inclusive of the courts that she’s “not playing with a full deck”.. Gladys is mentally challenged. Knowing Gladys she will tell the courts straight up why she did it, tell them she’s sorry and if the “opp” presents itself again she will do the same thing. (Smh)

Look at all the arrests for simple pot possession, this is nothing more than a way for the Government to steal money. Go find some real crooks or maybe even solve a murder or two!... Stop harassing people for simple pot possession.

OK, I know it's technically against the law, but if there is a bill for medical marijuana on the governor's desk waiting for signature, why are we wasting time and money busting people for weed?

Set Gladys Todman free. She is mentally challenge although she may be in the right frame of mind sometimes.
If she was 100% normal she would have a job and working a 9 to 5 daily.
She is my neighbor and I know she needs help because at times when she is hungry I see her in and out the garbage bins taking stuff out to eat. I help her when I can of course.
People like her needs special attention from government.
