Let's see who the camera caught. They have to pay big time. This sounds like an anger issue with a dispute.

If assist is needed in identifying and whereabouts of the perpetrator, we we will need to see footage. Why is the footage of a crime being committed and in public on the Queens road not being made public?

Because they want to make sure the victim ca I.D. and arrest them. If victim can't I.D., they will post the footage hoping someone else can I.D. them. The footage will come when they deem it fit to post it.

He or she is trying to say "Regardless of d seturation that don't call for an if cough this is a serious matter this is a crimeal act d same how he slashed d tiers if d owner was there he could of done it to him".
I'd say they are managing to do that effectively. No idea what that means but that's another issue.

There are two things that MIGHT cure you. Prayers and anointing or therapy from a psychiatrist. You must be very very angry within yourself and is trying to get all the attention you can get.

    Please pray this simple prayer:
Heavenly Father, please forgive me for hating your creation. Help me to be more like Jesus from today onwards. In Jesus's name I pray. Amen.

Lord help us -"puncher" for puncture; "sodden" for sudden; "write" for right; "vingion" for vengeance; "seturation" for situation; "crimeal" for criminal. All I can say is WOW!!! This is a serious indictment.
