Thulean, Totally Evil or Salsa Jack? Excitement builds for Nov. 17 races

Those are some of the questions ahead of the VI Horse Owners Association’s 6-race card at Ellis Thomas Downs in Sea Cows Bay on Sunday, November 17, 2019.
The feature race, which fetches a purse of $12,000, will see the resumption of rivalry between Thulean and Totally Evil of Alliance Point Racing Stables.
Thulean of St Thomas is boasting back to back wins against the speed demon Totally Evil, after snapping an 8-race unbeaten streak of Totally Evil in July and then returned to take a thrilling come from behind win against Totally Evil at the August Festival Races.
Also in the mix will be Courage and Honour of Top Priority Racing Stables and Salsa Jack of Thomasville Racing Stables.
Salsa Jack is bragging a win over Thulen, having won the feature race of the Clinton E. Romney aka ‘The Bouncer’ Memorial Horse Race Meet at Ellis Thomas Downs in Sea Cows Bay on Sunday, September 8, 2019.
Totally Evil did not take part in that meet.
‘This time will be a different story’- Lesmore Smith
Courage and Honour had to settle for third after being overtaken by Thulean on the home straight.
Owner of Courage and Honour, Mr Lesmore Smith is; however, confident his horse can spring an upset.
“This time will be a different story, not because Totally Evil in the race but because I evenly trained to beat them so I am going to be in the race just like them,” Mr Smith was heard commented on a Facebook video promotion ahead of the races.
