Successful 2019/2020 for Mrs BVI
Women’s International Network (WIN) BVI Director, Ms Alicia Green made the announcement during an interview on JTV News on March 5, 2020.
Ms Green explained that in the past Mrs BVI hopefuls were processed in a more private setting and one is then selected and crowned in a more public fund raiser event.
She added that the year of the reign of Mrs BVI 2019-2020, Mrs Shondrea N. Turnbull has been a very good one.
Mrs Turnbull ranked 6th in the Mrs Globe Pageant in Shenzhen, China last year.
In addition to that Mrs Green was awarded Mrs Globe's Director of the Year.
"But this year we are overly excited because with Shondrea's success and my award of being Director of the year we now have the opportunity to host international women from all over the globe."
As WIN BVI debuts its open audience stage competition, they will be doing so in the presence of Founder of Mrs Globe and Chief Executive Officer Dr Tracy Kembel and an Entourage including Mrs Clasique Globe and a number of queens (Mrs) from around the region.
The day prior to the contest, Dr Kembel will be the keynote presenter at a one-day seminar titled ‘Reclaiming Me’.
Mrs Turnbull will be hosting that event at Quitos new Banquet Centre in Cane Garden Bay.
The event is opened to women from age 18 and up, at a cost of $40.
At the pageant, the contestants will be on stage in swim and evening wears, platform presentation and personality interviews.

I hope she's ready because if she makes past the BVI she's in for a whole more criticisms.
Fair pie eating contest. One running on FB looking for approval and pity, the other 2, naww I will keep that to myself. Please don’t send none of them overseas to shame themselves.
Lawd ?..they have taken upon themselves to rep the BVI. Sooooo criticism is warranted from those they claim to be representing. But of course we know that VI women of quality, their body is not tatoooed to the 9th degree and neither would they be crass enough to even think about grotesquely waddling on the world stage with at least 100lbs of excessive blubber wearing a bathing suit . Is this fake news or comedy?. . Why these kinda people feel so compelled to embarass women everywhere and especially those in the BVI....Lawd man
A queen must have a neck
A queen must have pearly white teeth that are well fitted and constructed.
to these ladies i wish you all the best on your day and even though there are much hateful comments there are indeed people who are rooting for you.
it matters not who wins to me because this step shows that all of you are winners.
stay beautiful ladies, inside and out.
