“The challenges faced as an entrepreneur is that everyone is doing the same thing and it leaves me stuck trying to figure out how I can be different to stand out,” she said with regards to being an entrepreneur.
Our Young Professional stated that she always envisions herself in a business where customers are happy. She describes herself as being loving, friendly, helpful, caring, self-motivated, determined and a great multi-tasker.

Our Young Professional said she uses self-motivation to succeed in life. She stated, “Motivation begins with you… if you want to see a change you have to be the change you want to see.” Ms Scatliffe said that she was raised by praying parents and she believes that once you pray about something God will help you through, as tough as it may be.
Ms Scatliffe wishes to become a successful entrepreneur one day owning many businesses including the one that she currently owns and a business in the tourism field.
Our Young Professional’s advice to young people is, “Things will never be easy, however when you want something you do your very best and strive to accomplish your goals. There will be many obstacles you just have to know how to overcome them. Always think positive and positive things will happen. Follow your dreams and don’t stop until you reach your stars and beyond. Nothing in life comes easy but once you believe you would achieve your goal.”
