The BVI FARS Payment Portal Will Be Going Live Soon!!!

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- The International Tax Authority is pleased to announce that the BVIFars payment portal will Go Live in January 2024!!!

As a reminder, all relevant entities with reporting obligations are required to enrol in the BVIFARS portal to satisfy their respective obligations in relation to FATCA, CRS, and CbCr.

When is the annual fee due?

Although the portal will go live in January 2024, the deadline for payment of the fee is June 1st, 2024, and June 1st of each year thereafter, to ensure continued use of the portal.

How much is the Annual Fee to use BVIFars?

Each entity enrolled in the BVI Fars portal must pay an annual fee of $185.

Who is exempt from payments?

  • Entities that have valid pending de-registrations in the portal prior to January 2024.

How can payments be made?

Select the payment option and follow the prompts. We accept:

  • Direct Debits
  • Visa
  • ATH
  • Master Card
