It is widely back my statistical data in countries that put real effort into social studies of their citizens that happier mothers leads to a better society. What measures is the premier and his government taking to really make mothers feel valued and supported in order to live happier lives?

He putting on concerts and giving them independence from the UK for one, and a $Billion Debt for their children to pay in exchange for a half built airport.
Those are the only things he is working on.

Repopulation is essential to the growth of any country or territory. However, working mothers—and parents in general—often find their caregiving responsibilities overlooked in favor of workplace demands. In many professional settings, employees are expected to prioritize their jobs over urgent parental duties, making it difficult for parents to attend to their children in times of emergencies or when guidance and enforcement are needed.

Employers and policymakers should recognize the importance of family obligations by ensuring workplace flexibility, such as paid parental leave and emergency leave policies. Parents should not have to choose between their jobs and their children’s well-being. Instead, workplaces should support their ability to fulfill both roles effectively, fostering a society where caregiving is valued alongside professional contributions.

Remote work is available as an option, but some employers restrict it to management unless an employee is considered vulnerable. In such cases, employees may have to disclose personal information, which can later be used against them.

Don't forget some mothers need to choose better partners instead of laying down with a bum only to get breed with no ring on them finger and be left as a single mother after.

Heck even those who got ring end up divorce or separated cuz them still pickup a waste man lol fully deserved

One thing y'all will never do is hold your fellow male peers as accountable. Tired hearing tell the mothers to choose better how bout also telling your fellow men to step TF up and handle their EQUAL responsibilities. Y'all ever plan on evolving as a gender? Women out ranking, out performing, out qualifying, building more etc. and yet the rhetoric is still choose better? How bout ALSO telling your fellow men to step up and BE PRESENT, ACTIVE and INVOLVED fathers
