This such a bad idea to spend taxpayer money on. We have such bigger infrastructure issues plaguing the territory.

I would like to see a proper MARKET for the BVI, representative of its HISTORY and CULTURE. Not a showcase of panties and lingerie.

I would like to see all responsible pay for the failed Joe's Hill Manor project. Who authorized them to use my retirement funds? The all should be made to pay back Social Security and never do something like this again with the approval of those that pay into it.

And last but not least, that economic zone crap is just that, CRAP. but I am not surprised a the level of maturity or lack thereof. China plans a hundred years in advance and they bring their best and brightest to the table and then move forward in unity. Is it any surprise that they are the emerging POWER? Not it is not.

The parking spots would become places to park boats. Maybe fix/wash cars or setup food vans, all in competition with legal small businesses.
