Telephone Services Interruption

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – The Water and Sewerage Department is informing the general public that they are currently experiencing technical difficulties with the telephone system at their location in Baugher’s Bay, Tortola. The Telephone Services Management Unit is presently working on resolving these issues.
During this time, customers are being asked to use the following contact numbers until the telephone system has been fully restored:

Customers are reminded that contact hours with the Department are from Mon. to Fri., 8:30a.m. - 4:30p.m.
The Water and Sewerage Department apologizes for any inconvenience caused and asks all customers for their patience as they continue in efforts to provide adequate service to the Territory.
