Team BVI shows USA who is boss with strong win; 85 to 63

But it was the BVI who came out ahead with the win, 85 to 63. It means that both teams are equal with one lost each and must face each other again tonight, Friday July 20, 2018 in another round to see who will advance to the final day championship.
Tonight’s game will get on the way at 9:00 P.M. at the LB Scott Sports Auditorium, in Dutch St. Maarten. It's a do or die for both teams, as whoever wins moves on to the championship played on Saturday.
Top scores
Top scorers for the BVI Bayside Blazers were Captain Ray D. Victor with 24 points, 7 rebounds, 4 assists, 1 steal and 1 block. Killven M. Samuel was next with 16 pts, 4 rebounds, and 7 assist.
Daven D. Ottley came in with 12 points, 11 rebounds, and 2 steals.
Next for the BVI Basketball team was Cleo D. Sears with 10 points, 3 rebounds, 3 assists and 1 steal.
Team Captain, Mr Victor when contacted noted, that “last night’s game was just to get the guys playing together more, but tonight’s game is the real deal”.
The BVI Basketball Team is believed to be the favourite to take the championship for the third straight year in the fifth annual Dreams to Reality Foundation, '2018 Battle of the Fittest Basketball Tournament' currently ongoing in Dutch St. Maarten.
The Team’s Platinum sponsor is the Bank of Asia.
